Email Setup

If you want your own email address at innerspace divers then contact Andy with the name and if it’s available, he will arrange it for you. Also choose a password for this account. Decide whether you want the mail forwarding to your old email addresses or do you want to collect your emails from this site?

If you want to collect them, you must configure your email program as detailed below for a pop3 account.

      Part 1

·        In outlook express open the TOOLS folder and select ACCOUNTS.

·        Select mail.

·        Highlight your current email account and click properties.

·        Select the server’s folder.

·        Make a note of the outgoing mail (smtp) example:- smtp.blueyonder.co.uk

Part 2

·        In outlook express open the TOOLS folder and select ACCOUNTS.

·         Click new and select mail.

·         Enter any display name.

·         In the email panel type  yourname@innerspacedivers.co.uk where the yourname is actually you. Eg eric@innerspacedivers.co.uk

·         On “my incoming mail server is” select pop3

·         On “incoming mail server” type:-      mail.innerspacedivers.co.uk

·         On “outgoing mail (smtp) server, type the details obtained in part 1 ie smtp.blueyonder.co.uk

·         Click next.

·         I the “account name” type yourname@innerspacedivers.co.uk where the yourname is actually you. Eg eric@innerspacedivers.co.uk

·         In “password” type in a previously arranged password of your choosing.

·         Click next and you have finished.

  Notes

Pop3                  mail.innerspacedivers.co.uk

smtp                  the same as your service provider

 Please Note

All passwords should be “lower Case”. I.e not capitals.
